Adoption Update

Thank you for your continued prayer and support as we navigate through the international adoption process. All of our paperwork is in-country awaiting submission to the appropriate governing authorities. We hope to receive an update of some sort on our status sometime later this week. We will try to post brief updates as we receive them. We are hopeful to travel late summer or early fall. God is in control of all the details and we trust in Him.

Meanwhile, I have heard stories about expectant mothers dreaming crazy dreams as their due date approaches. I think I may be beginning to experience some of those random dreams. I dreamt the other night that we were at a coffee shop in the French Quarter and ran into Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. We proceeded to sit down to talk about our kids, the adoption process and life as parents. It was bizarre. I've also dreamt before that we ended up bringing a whole handful of children home! We shall stay tuned for what God has in store! :)
