Two funny stories to humor you this friday...
Dear friend, Denise, forwarded this picture to me earlier today while chaperoning on the first grade field trip. She titled it, "Future Possibility". Hilarious. Apparently, her precious son has been talking about his "Russian friend" at home announcing the other day that "he has a girlfriend named Jana." He even went around their house collecting "girl friendly" toys to bring as a gift. I think Tony is going to have him in his office for a meeting about courting one of his daughters... ha ha ha....
When we picked the kids up from school, I looked at Jana's feet and thought, "I've never seen those shoes before in my life?!" We learned in the car ride home that our daughter pranced on out of the house this morning in just her socks! She didn't think twice about the cold cement under her feet even when she arrived at school! One teacher's assistant noticed and took her by the office to find a pair of sandals to wear. We got a few good laughs today and hope you can smile with us!

Part of the irony in this whole thing is that of every one in the world, Erick should know the difference between Russian and Ukrainian. Oh well, love is blind and apparently a little geographically challenged! He keeps asking why Tony wants to meet with him. Too funny!!!!
